Chris Kinnear - The Optimal Foundation of Health / Supplementation
Thursday October 18th 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Chris Kinnear is a Performance Nutrition Expert and has worked in the supplement industry for the past 18 years. He is a former professional lacrosse player, winning 2 national titles while playing with the Victoria Shamrocks of the WLA. He is also the host of Fitness Zone radio program on the Zone 91.3 FM and a Co Founder of FRIENDS OF ROATAN FOUNDATION, a charity helping to improve the health of the children in Roatan, Honduras.

Chris will discuss the optimal foundation to well balanced health. He will discuss such topics as maintaining blood sugar levels, the importance of high quality fat in our diet, safe and effective weight loss, and joint health.
